Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Richards has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Global Rescue since he founded the company in 2004. He also serves as the President of Crisis Services Company, a Vermont-based captive insurance company.
In these roles, he has implemented and led risk management and crisis response services for hundreds of organizations during thousands of events worldwide. Mr. Richards has been a featured speaker on CNN, Fox News, NPR, and other major media outlets regarding crisis response, mitigation and travel risk management topics.
Prior to founding Global Rescue, Mr. Richards spent a decade in the private equity and financial services industries. He previously worked at the $1.3 billion private equity affiliate of Thomas Weisel Partners and in various positions at Thoma Cressey Equity Partners, Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette and Deutsche Banc Alex Brown. Over the last two decades, he has been involved in financings and private equity investments for more than 30 companies.
Mr. Richards is a graduate of Middlebury College where he played football, rugby, and was a competitive power lifter. He received his MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College where he has served as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence. He currently serves on the board of Global Wildlife Conservation, a science-based environmental conservation organization.
Director, Security Services
Mr. Hume is responsible for overseeing security operations at Global Rescue. Mr. Hume spent over 20 years in the United States Army where he earned the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and led special operations and critical planning units during combat operations in the Balkans and the Middle East. These included serving as an Executive Officer in the National Airborne Operations Center and the Chief Operations Officer of the 3rd Brigade 25th Infantry Division. Prior to that he served as the Company Commander of the 2nd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment.
Mr. Hume is a graduate of Norwich University, the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College and the U.S. Army School of Advanced Military Studies. He earned his MBA from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire.
Elite Medical Group
Dr. Seid is the Founder of Elite Medical Group and is responsible for overseeing worldwide telemedicine operations. His prior experience includes over 25 years as a Board-Certified practicing surgeon. Dr. Seid has served as a Clinical Professor of Surgery at the University of Southern California and as the Chief of Staff of St. John’s Hospital, a medical center on the West-Side of Los Angeles. During his career as a surgeon, Dr. Seid has treated, operated and advised on a wide variety of diseases, abnormalities and injuries.
Previously, Dr. Seid founded Millennium Medical, a developer of puncture-resistant protective surgical garments and OR Technologies, a manufacturer of fire reduction and suppressive systems for operating room environments.
Dr. Seid is a graduate of Tulane University and the University of California at San Francisco Medical School.
Director, Medical Operations
Elite Medical Group
Dr. Davis is responsible for overseeing Elite Medical Group’s telemedicine operations.
Prior to joining Elite Medical Group, Dr. Davis was the Senior Doctor in charge of the Norwegian Cruise Line’s Jewel Medical Department. Previously, Dr. Davis was an attending physician in the emergency department at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington D.C. and at St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, Idaho. She has extensive experience in emergency medical services and served as Medical Director of EMS at both Walter Reed and St. Alphonsus. She has also served as an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. As part of her work at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Dr. Davis was an Assistant Director of EMS and a medical control physician for Delta and United Airlines.
Dr. Davis is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. Dr. Davis completed her residency at the University of Pittsburgh Affiliated Residency in Emergency Medicine.
Associate Director, Medical Operations
Elite Medical Group
Dr. Northington is responsible for overseeing telemedicine operations for Elite Medical Group. He is currently a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army National Guard serving as a Special Operations Detachment Surgeon and previously served on active duty with multiple combat deployments to Afghanistan. Dr. Northington also served as the Medical Director of the Department of Emergency Medicine at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and as the National Capital Region EMS Medical Director for Navy Medicine.
Dr. Northington has also served as a Medical Command Physician with the Johns Hopkins Emergency Medicine Division of Special Operations supporting the U.S. Secret Service, U.S. Marshals Service, U.S. Dept. of State and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.
Dr. Northington is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and the University of North Carolina School of Medicine. He received his MPH from the University of Pittsburgh where he also received a certificate in Public Health Preparedness and Disaster Response.
Director, Enterprise Response Services
Mr. Chiacchia is responsible for enterprise business development and implementation at Global Rescue. He joined Global Rescue after over a decade in the packing industry where he most recently was a Regional Account Manager at Sonoco Plastics, a $4.8 billion diversified packaging manufacturer. Mr. Chiacchia is a 28 year combat veteran of the United States Marine Corps where he earned the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and served as the Executive Officer for a squadron of over 600 marines in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.
Mr. Chiacchia is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts. He earned his JD from the New England School of Law.
Director, Consumer Response Services
Mr. Wyeth is responsible for consumer business development and implementation at Global Rescue. He joined Global Rescue from Turn Key Marketing, where he was the Vice President of Marketing. Previously, Mr. Wyeth was a Vice President at AIG Insurance where he led marketing and distribution of A&H insurance and travel non-insurance products. Prior to joining AIG, Mr. Wyeth was the Director of Global Marketing at Readers Digest where he led consumer marketing efforts in 22 countries.
Mr. Wyeth is a graduate of Dartmouth College. He earned his MBA from the Columbia University School of Business.
Director, Information Technology
Dr. Majeed is responsible for overseeing global information technology at Global Rescue, including the Global Rescue GRID℠ next generation travel risk software platform. Prior to joining Global Rescue, he worked at UnitedHealthcare, one of the nation’s largest insurance companies, where he spent twelve years leading data warehousing and business critical software services teams. Prior to that, he was a programmer at HealthPro, a medical records and reporting company.
Dr. Majeed earned his doctorate in economics from Clark University and a masters degree in software engineering from Brandeis University.
Vice President and General Counsel
Ms. Roth joined Global Rescue from Holland and Knight, LLP, an international law firm, where she was an attorney in the firm’s corporate litigation practice. Prior to joining Holland and Knight, she worked in the Institutional Client Group at Lehman Brothers. Previously, she was drafted to play professional soccer by the Atlanta Beat of the Women’s United Soccer Association (WUSA).
Ms. Roth is a graduate of Dartmouth College where she was an All-Northeast and All-Ivy soccer player. She received her JD with honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law. Ms. Roth currently serves on the advisory board of Soccer Without Borders, a nonprofit that uses soccer as a vehicle for positive change for under-served youth, and the Dartmouth Women’s Soccer team.
Director, Finance and Accounting
Mr. Reece is responsible for overseeing finance and accounting functions at Global Rescue. He joined Global Rescue from Kingston Companies where he was the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration for over 20 entities and oversaw more than $500m in private equity and debt financing. Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer of ImproveNet, Inc., Diamond Home Services, Inc. and American Health Companies, Inc. where he was responsible for overseeing each company’s IPO.
Before assuming these operating roles, he was a Partner with Ernst & Young LLP.
Mr. Reece is a graduate of Lehigh University.
Senior Vice President
Mr. Richards joined Global Rescue in 2004 and is responsible for overseeing business development and special projects. His prior experience includes over 25 years as a real estate developer in various locations throughout the Northeastern United States where he identified, funded and developed real estate projects focused on the vacation, leisure and travel segments. Mr. Richards was among the first real estate developers to complete projects at major New England ski areas, including Killington Mountain and Sugarbush Mountain.
Previously, Mr. Richards worked in human resources at Citigroup Inc. and the General Electric Company. Prior to that, he served in the United States Marine Corps.
Mr. Richards is a graduate of Dartmouth College where he played rugby and rowed crew.
Associate Director, Human Capital Management
Ms. Diamond is responsible for overseeing human capital at Global Rescue. She joined Global Rescue from Credit Suisse where she was a Director of Business Management and Communications within the IT investment bank. Previously, Ms. Diamond was a Vice President in the human resources group at Lehman Brothers. She has also worked at Time Warner Inc. where she coordinated human resources for the Atlanta Braves and Atlanta Hawks.
Ms. Diamond is a graduate of Elon University. She earned her MBA from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University.
Associate Director, GRID Intelligence and Information
Mr. Powell is responsible for intelligence gathering and information delivery at Global Rescue. He joined Global Rescue from International SOS where he was a Regional Manager of Information and Analysis. Previously, Mr. Powell was a Project Coordinator with Velocitel, Inc. Prior to entering the private sector, Mr. Powell served in the United States Air Force as an Intelligence Officer where his duties included serving as an Intelligence Watch Chief, Intelligence Collection Manager and Chinese Linguist.
Mr. Powell is a graduate of Hawaii Pacific University.
Vice President, Operations
Ms. Gillingham is responsible for overseeing and leading Global Rescue’s customer operations, including Member Services and Medical Operations. Ms. Gillingham joined Global Rescue from Cablevision, where she served as Senior Vice President Customer Service, leading a team of approximately 2500 employees to deliver what was widely regarded as the best service in the industry.
Ms. Gillingham was Senior Vice President of Customer Service and Operations at Priceline.com for over a decade, and prior to that served in numerous roles at AT&T. In addition to extensive experience in customer operations, she has a background in finance, product management, advertising, marketing and program management in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer categories.
Ms. Gillingham earned an Economics degree from Rutgers University, and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
Mr. Robinson is a results oriented executive driven by strong financial and operational experience. He has a proven track record in both large and small organizations, public and private with progressive responsibility in building organizations. His career spans thirty years, almost entirely in the healthcare space. He has successfully built senior management teams and reshaped Board of Directors groups that drive shareholder value.
Mr. Robinson has held executive-level positions with such organizations as LifeVantage Corporation, WorkWell Systems, Inc., United Health Group, Deloitte Consulting, LLP, SynHRgy HR Solutions, Inc., and PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLC. He has served in various advisory capacities with many large organizations as well as director positions with various public, private, non-profit and charitable Boards.
Mr. Robinson received a B.A. in Marketing, Public Relations and Speech Communications from Gonzaga University where he continues to guest lecture on health care economics to its graduate and undergraduate schools. Mr. Robinson has been married to his wife, Mary, for 15 years. They reside in Park City, Utah are the parents of a blended family of six children, and now have four grandchildren.
Mr. Ryan Thompson has been a senior level executive in the network marketing industry for more than 20 years. He has held senior management positions with industry giants NuSkin Enterprises (NSE) and Morinda Holdings. He was a Cofounder and VP of Sales and Marketing for CoreVital and Cofounder and VP of Sales for Zrii LLC which set an industry record of $43 million in its first year of business. He was the first Sr. VP of Sales for LifeVantage Corporation, relaunching the company into network marketing and driving its growth to more than $200 million per year within its first five years. He has worked and lived in Mexico, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Venezuela, Colombia and Japan.
Mr. Thompson has also been a distributor in three different network marketing companies, has a great passion and appreciation for distributors, understands how to meet their needs and is committed to helping them succeed.
Mr. Thompson received a B.S. in Psychology and a B.A. in Spanish from Brigham Young University and is a certified member of the Society of Competitive Intelligent Professionals. He lives in Northern California with his wife and four children, coaches youth soccer, and is a classic car and motorcycle enthusiast.

Dr. Zegans is responsible for overseeing telemedicine operations at Elite Medical Group. Dr. Zegans held various positions where she practiced internal medicine and pediatrics, respectively, for Dartmouth College and Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. Previously she served as an Associate Professor at the Dartmouth Medical School and as the Clinical Director of the Pediatric Outpatient Clinic.
Dr. Zegans is a graduate of Stanford University and the University of San Francisco Medical School. She has also studied at the Harvard Business School.

Dr. Johnson is responsible for overseeing telemedicine operations at Elite Medical Group. Dr. Johnson is an expert in wilderness and altitude medicine. He is a past President of the Wilderness Medical Society and has served on the organization’s Board of Directors since 2006. Dr. Johnson also serves on the Board of Directors of the Himalaya Rescue Association and has served as a volunteer physician at Mt. Everest ER, the medical tent located at Mt. Everest Basecamp.
Dr. Johnson is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and the University of Minnesota Medical School.
Associate Medical Director
Elite Medical Group
Dr. Tenerowicz is responsible for overseeing telemedicine operations at Elite Medical Group. He has trained as an emergency room physician and has two decades of experience as a practicing physician at hospitals in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut.
Dr. Tenerowicz is currently a Major in the United States Army Reserve Medical Corps and has done three tours of duty in the Middle East. His deployments include service in Kuwait, Afghanistan and Iraq in 2002, 2004 and 2007, respectively, where he treated both combat and non-combat related injuries and illnesses and managed medical evacuation procedures and operations.
Previously, Dr. Tenerowicz served as a Flight Physician for the University of Massachusetts Life Flight helicopter medical evacuation team.
Dr. Tenerowicz is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Trinity College where he was a Presidential Fellow and played hockey. He received his MD from the Brown University School of Medicine.

Dr. Seidenberg is responsible for overseeing telemedicine operations at Elite Medical Group. Dr. Seidenberg spent five years practicing medicine in Lusaka, Zambia. Previously, Dr. Seidenberg was a Fellow at the Massachusetts General Hospital’s Center for Global Health where he developed and led initiatives to improve healthcare delivery in Africa. He also was an attending Emergency Department physician at Brackenridge Hospital in Austin, Texas, where he was responsible for leading all Emergency Department patient care and teaching duties.
Dr. Seidenberg is a graduate of the University of South Carolina where he played varsity soccer and received All-America honors. Dr. Seidenberg is a graduate of the Stanford University School of Medicine.

Medical Operations Manager, Bangkok Operations Center
David Koo joined Global Rescue in 2013 from one of the best hospitals in Singapore where he managed a team of nurses. Prior to that, David was an Assistant Operations Manager at International SOS where managed remote medical clinics and oversaw evacuation operations. Previously, David served as a Combat Medic Specialist in the Singaporean Armed Forces.

Member Services Associate Manager, Lebanon (NH) Operations Center
Danielle Ferguson came to Global Rescue in 2014 after spending seven years in customer service and quality assurance for Verizon. She started with Global Rescue as a member services associate before moving up the ranks to supervisor, and then associate manager. She has studied business management and nursing, and in her spare time she likes going to country music concerts, hiking, running, walking her dogs, dancing, 4-wheeling and skiing.

Medical Operations Supervisor, Lebanon (NH) Operations Center
Jeff Weinstein started as a senior specialist at Global Rescue in 2013, bringing with him a wealth of experience as an EMT and paramedic. Jeff holds a Critical Care Paramedic certification, is Flight Paramedic Certified, has a year of specialty training in Austere Medicine and Mountain Rescue from the University of New Mexico School of Medicine, and holds an Advanced Wilderness Life Support (AWLS) certification. When not saving lives in places like Nepal, where he was part of the team deployed in the wake of the 2015 earthquake, he spends time at home with his wife and 3-year-old daughter.
