Dr. Fancher leads medical operations at Global Rescue. She served 30 years in the U.S. Air Force, earning the rank of Lt. Colonel, and participated in over 10,000 aeromedical evacuations. Dr. Fancher was deployed six times, treating both combat and non-combat injuries. She graduated from the University of Kansas and received her DO from the University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine, and an MPH from Tulane University.

Dr. Johnson leads medical operations at Global Rescue. An expert in wilderness and altitude medicine, he served as President of the Wilderness Medical Society and remains on its Board of Directors. Dr. Johnson also serves on the Board of Directors of the Himalaya Rescue Association and has volunteered as a physician at Mt. Everest ER. He graduated from the University of Minnesota and its Medical School.

Mr. Weinstein supervises U.S.-based Medical Operations teams at Global Rescue. He joined from American Medical Response Ambulance Service and has held roles as Medical Control Officer/Paramedic at New Mexico State University Fire and EMS Department. Mr. Weinstein earned his Paramedicine degree from NMSU’s Doña Ana Community College, his FP-C certification, and studied austere medicine and mountain rescue at the University of New Mexico.

Mr. Webber is responsible for intelligence products and services at Global Rescue in the Americas. He previously served as a Senior Intelligence Operations Officer in the U.S. Pentagon. Mr. Webber had a distinguished 20-year career in the U.S. Army, culminating in Battalion Command and retirement as a Lieutenant Colonel. He holds a Master’s from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor’s from the University of Vermont.

Mr. Stretch manages active operations and oversees the Philippines-based operations staff at Global Rescue. He joined in 2015 from International SOS in Qatar, where he managed Emergency Medical Services for the world’s largest gas-to-liquids plant. Previously, Mr. Stretch worked as a paramedic with the UK National Health Service, specializing as a motorcycle paramedic in Central London. He earned his Bachelor’s in Paramedic Science from the University of Hertfordshire.

Mr. Powell is responsible for intelligence gathering and information delivery at Global Rescue. He joined from International SOS, where he was a Regional Manager of Information and Analysis. Mr. Powell also served as a Project Coordinator with Velocitel, Inc. and held several roles as an Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Air Force, including Intelligence Watch Chief, Intelligence Collection Manager, and Chinese Linguist. Mr. Powell graduated from Hawaii Pacific University.

Mr. Bush was responsible for managing security operations at Global Rescue. He spent more than 20 years as a U.S. Navy SEAL, serving as Platoon Leading Senior Chief for SEAL Team Eight and Command Senior Chief of the Navy’s Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) Course. After leaving the armed forces, Mr. Bush held international security leadership roles for Jannah Hunt Oil Company in Yemen and worked as a security advisor for the Ogontz Group and Harke Strategic. Mr. Bush is a graduate of Norwich University, where he earned both his Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees.

Mr. Koo is responsible for managing active operations and leading the U.S.-based medical operations staff at Global Rescue. He joined Global Rescue from Khoo Teck Puat Hospital in Singapore, where he was the Operations Manager. Previously, Mr. Koo served as Assistant Operations Manager with International SOS and as a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Department at National University Hospital. Prior to that, he was a Combat Medic with the Singapore Armed Forces. Mr. Koo graduated from Nanyang Polytechnic in Singapore and earned his Master’s in Health Administration from Flinders University in Australia.

Mr. Kamal oversees global information technology at Global Rescue, focusing on software development and IT infrastructure. He joined from SPS Inc., where he led software development. Mr. Kamal taught at the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) in Pakistan and led the IBM technologies lab. He is a graduate of Punjab University Pakistan and earned his Master’s Degree in Physics from GCU Lahore.

Ms. Formanek is responsible for accounting and finance operations at Global Rescue. She joined from Picaboo Yearbooks, where she was Director of Finance. Previously, she held senior finance positions at Orvis Co. and AI Squared. Ms. Formanek started her career at KPMG and founded her own accounting firm. She serves on the board of the Vermont Make-A-Wish Foundation and is a member of the Handel Society at Dartmouth College. She graduated from the University of Connecticut as an Honors Scholar.

Mr. Richards joined Global Rescue in 2004 and led business development and special projects. His background includes over 25 years as a real estate developer, focusing on vacation and leisure properties in New England. He completed projects at major ski areas such as Killington and Sugarbush. Previously, Mr. Richards worked in human resources at Citigroup Inc. and General Electric and served in the United States Marine Corps. He graduated from Dartmouth College, where he played rugby and rowed crew.
