Getting the Full Picture
We work through what has happened — a kidnapping, an extortion demand, a call claiming someone has been abducted — and confirm what you are facing.
Your Advisor Calls
A Global Risk Services expert advisor contacts you or your family, typically within 30 minutes, and helps you verify the situation before anyone responds.
Your Team and Strategy
Your advisor builds a crisis management team around you and one point of contact, then recommend negotiation and financial strategy — including whether to respond at all. You decide; we advise.
Resolution and Response
We stay with you until the situation is resolved and through what follows, including a debrief and medical advisory and support where needed.
