John joined Global Rescue more than 10 years ago from Rockingham Ambulance where he was a Paramedic Field Supervisor. Starting in the Medical Operations department, he was promoted a few times over the next five years ultimately earning the role as Manager of Medical Operations. Danielle Graham is the member services manager at the New Hampshire operation center. She came to Global Rescue in 2014 after spending seven years in customer service and quality assurance for Verizon. She started with Global Rescue as a member services associate before moving up the ranks to supervisor, associate manager and now manager. She has studied business management and nursing and in her spare time she likes going to country music concerts, hiking, running, dancing, skiing, and watching her 6-year old race in motocross. Her favorite thing about Global Rescue is that everyone looks out for one another and treat each other like family.

David is a former combat medic and emergency nurse and the director of operations for Global Rescue. David joined Global Rescue more than 10 years ago. He has been promoted five times and along the way has worked in Bangkok, Thailand, before moving to the Philippines operations center for several years before settling in the U.S. in the New Hampshire operation center. During the pandemic Koo became a digital nomad and worked remotely from Singapore, France, England, Spain and Jamaica. David is a veteran operations expert within the leisure, travel and tourism industry.
