About Us

Helping People Travel Boldly Since 2004

Our Core
Mission

For more than two decades, we’ve been providing travelers with unparalleled travel risk and crisis response services, including medical evacuations, security extractions, travel intelligence and other critical services worldwide.

Our mission is to deliver these services 24/7/365 when and where they’re needed to leisure, business and adventure travelers. Our services are specifically designed for organizations to meet their duty of care to their employees, for adventure travelers in the world’s most remote locations and for individuals and families who want to ensure they have a “Plan B” if things go wrong. There’s a reason thousands of organizations, from NASA and National Geographic to Bain Capital and the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Teams, rely on us to manage and respond to their travel risks — we have the resources and experience to be effective when it matters most.
