LIFE AT GLOBAL RESCUE

Welcome to life at Global Rescue! Want to learn more about our values, what it’s like to work here and what career opportunities might be available? You’ve come to the right place.

Our Three
Guiding Principles

Provide the Best Services in the Industry

Providing the best services in the industry contributes to the long-term success and sustainability of our company. Our commitment to excellence has yielded impressive results, including a consistent 90+% customer renewal and satisfaction rate. We are proud to have been honored with numerous awards, including Inc. Magazine’s “Best in Business” award, the ISO 9001:2015 certification from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and Fast Company’s “Most Innovative Company” award, to name a few.

Grow the Company

We prioritize revenue growth as a catalyst for innovation and expansion. Growth has helped us roll out new services like local field rescue and GRID 2.0 and expand our medical operations. Plus, it helps us stay profitable, share successes with our team, and keep top talent on board. This was especially crucial during the pandemic — while other companies struggled, our strong revenue growth meant no layoffs or furloughs. Going forward, we’re staying laser-focused on growing to keep pushing boundaries, supporting our team and delivering best-in-class services to our members.

Make It a Great Place To Work

Everyone wants to work at a great place, right? And for good reason. A fantastic workplace boosts morale and productivity, slashes turnover, nurtures a vibrant company culture and sets the stage for long-term success – both for employees and the company. At Global Rescue, our team members are our most important asset – one that we’re committed to investing in. That’s why we’re honored to have been recognized by Outside Magazine as one of the “Best Places to Work.”
